FTMSGlobal Academy ("FTMSGlobal"), a Private Education Institute ("PEI"), and the Student form a contractual relationship when FTMSGlobal enrols the Student as a member of its community.

The Student Contract includes:

1. Course details - course title, pre-requisites, qualification awarded, course duration, etc.
2. Full disclosure of all costs for tuition / non-tuition fees.
3. Commitment to Student Protection Scheme (SPS).
4. Clear definition of refund policies.
5. Clear definition of dispute resolution mechanisms.
