2009 Collaborative agreement with Anglia Ruskin University was signed to provide Degree and Masters programmes in accounting, business and IT in Singapore and Malaysia respectively.
The collaboration with University of East London was expanded in Malaysia with additional courses being validated.
FTMS and University of East London partnership on the collaborative agreement was finalised in Singapore after rigorous validation process of FTMS.

2002 January: Expanded into Brunei and formed a joint venture company with Brunei Institute of Certified Public Accountants (BICPA) to launch the School of Professional Accounting & Finance, specializing in accountancy programmes.
March: Transferred the FTMSOnline.com website from London to Singapore and set up an eLearning research and development team.
Revamped the website and enhanced the contents including developing a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) engine with the support of grants from Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
September: The China Embassy in Singapore recognises FTMS as an educational institute in China.
